Flow Life, Inc. DBA Flow Properties — SMS Privacy Policy

1) Introduction

Flow Life, Inc. dba Flow Properties (“Flow Properties,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides SMS/text messaging communication to customers and users who opt in to receive updates, reminders, alerts, promotions, and transactional messages related to Flow Properties’ services. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information obtained through SMS/text messaging, as well as your rights and choices.

This policy covers:
- SMS/text messages sent to you by Flow Properties (including short codes or long codes used for messaging).
- Information collected via your mobile device or carrier in connection with these messages (e.g., delivery, read receipts, opt-in/opt-out status).

It does not cover data collected through other channels (e.g., website, apps) unless linked to SMS activity.

- Opt-in information (how you subscribed or enrolled in our SMS program).

- You may revoke consent at any time by following the opt-out instructions described below.
- We will obtain consent for promotional messages where required by law, and we will provide a mechanism to opt out of promotional messages in every promotional message.

Note: The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations govern solicitation texts. We strive to comply with TCPA requirements and related state laws. If you are a business or administrator subject to different rules, contact us for guidance.

6) Opt-In and Opt-Out

- Opt-In: You can opt in by sending an SMS message to Flow Properties company˙phone numbers.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by:
- Replying “STOP” to any Flow Properties SMS message.
- Visiting [opt-out URL if you have one] or updating your preferences in your Flow Properties account.
- Contacting us at [email address or phone number] to request removal from the SMS program.

When you opt out, we will send one final confirmatory message and cease sending future promotional messages. Some transactional messages may continue if necessary for service-related communications.

7) Frequency and Content of Messages

- The typical frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences.
- Messages may include appointment reminders, property availability updates, lease reminders, rent/utility alerts, service notices, and occasional promotional offers related to Flow Properties’ services.

8) Privacy and Data Security

- Data Minimization: We collect only information necessary to operate and improve our SMS program.
- Access Controls: We restrict access to SMS data to authorized personnel who need it to perform their job duties.

9) Children's Privacy

Flow Properties does not knowingly collect or solicit information from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to remove it.

11) Do Not Disturb (DND)

If you are enrolled in a Do Not Disturb program or have a carrier-level DND setting, the SMS program may be blocked by your carrier. If you believe you are not receiving messages due to a DND setting, please contact us.

12) Changes to this Policy

We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by SMS.
