In a lifetime that has spanned 9 different careers there has been one theme throughout them all for this highly experienced professional: a steadfast dedication to acquiring valuable knowledge, understanding customer’s needs & motivations, providing informed guidance based on real-world analysis, always giving equitable care and attention and, above all, delivering excellent outcomes. Over the 22+ years of Bob’s career in real estate he has built a reputation for being a tenacious “bulldog” in his efforts to secure those good outcomes for his clients, be they sellers of their own properties or young couples starting out and looking for that “first-time buyers’” starter home. He has sold properties up and down the California coast from Laguna Beach all the way to Comstock with the bulk of his efforts resulting in very happy customers in the Westside LA communities of Santa Monica, Venice Beach and Malibu. And recently Bob has added a new area of knowledge to his portfolio: Paris, France!! As a mostly full-time resident of the City of Light, Bob has extended his quest for knowledge into real estate abroad and now, with his liaisons to a number of local resources, he can offer Flow’s clients a unique perspective on and insight into the not always easy process of acquiring real estate in France — be it in Paris or even on the Bretagne Coast on the beautiful North Atlantic.
